This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you or you provide to us in relation to the Artlogic Database or Website CMS will be processed, shared or transmitted by us. This policy does not apply to the content processed, stored or hosted by our customers using the Artlogic Database or Website CMS, where the customer’s own privacy policy will apply. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

     

    Artlogic Media Limited is typically the Data Processor, for the purpose of compliance under any data protection legislation from time to time in force in the UK including the Data Protection Act 2018 or any successor legislation, the Privacy and Electronic Communication (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. 


    Our customers will typically act as Data Controllers for any Personal Information that is uploaded into our database software and Artlogic Media Limited will typically act as a Data Processor in accordance with applicable Service and/or data processing agreements (“Agreement/s”). Further information, including specific obligations of the data controller and processor, can be found in the Agreements.             We may collect and process the following data about you:
